Yes. No card, no time limit, just the caps shown. It’s a genuine free tier, not a countdown trial.
Do you offer a trial of the paid tiers?
No, and that’s deliberate. The free tier is the trial. Every paid feature except branding and admin is available on Free — you only hit caps. So you can evaluate Transfer fully, with no 30-day cliff, before you pay.
What happens when I hit a cap on the free tier?
Your data stays accessible, and new actions prompt an upgrade when you reach a cap.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade self-serve in product; downgrade via support.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes, around 17% on Team and Business when billed annually.
Can I pay by invoice?
Annual Business: yes. Enterprise: always. Monthly Team and monthly Business are card only.
What’s on Enterprise that isn’t on Business?
